2.2 Customer content and guest data inside Bookazoid

When a customer uses Bookazoid to manage properties, bookings, guests, invoices, taxes, housekeeping, maintenance, or related operations, the customer usually decides what information is entered into the system and how it is used.

For this type of information, including guest and booking data, Bookazoid generally acts as a processor, service provider, or similar role on behalf of the customer.

We collect different types of information depending on how you interact with Bookazoid.

3.1 Information you provide directly

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and legal bases to enter and process customer content in Bookazoid.

3.4 Payment information

Bookazoid currently may not process online guest payments inside the beta product. If payment features, paid subscriptions, or billing integrations are introduced, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own servers. Payment providers may process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security standards.

3.5 Technical and device information

When you visit our website or use our application, we may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

We do not intentionally send guest records, booking contents, invoice contents, or sensitive customer content from the Bookazoid application to Google Ads for advertising purposes.

Customers may configure integrations, exports, webhooks, calendar feeds, document templates, or other features that share customer content with third parties.

Customers are responsible for their own use of these features and for ensuring that they have appropriate legal rights and permissions.

If Bookazoid is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
