For this type of information, including guest and booking data, Bookazoid generally acts as a processor, service provider, or similar role on behalf of the customer.

3. Information we collect
We collect different types of information depending on how you interact with Bookazoid.
3.1 Information you provide directly

3.4 Payment information
Bookazoid currently may not process online guest payments inside the beta product. If payment features, paid subscriptions, or billing integrations are introduced, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers.
We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own servers. Payment providers may process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security standards.
3.5 Technical and device information
When you visit our website or use our application, we may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

Customers may configure integrations, exports, webhooks, calendar feeds, document templates, or other features that share customer content with third parties.
Customers are responsible for their own use of these features and for ensuring that they have appropriate legal rights and permissions.

If Bookazoid is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
