Subprocessors
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Bookazoid uses certain third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to help provide the Bookazoid Service and to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of our Customers.
This page forms part of the Bookazoid Data Processing Addendum.
Current Subprocessors
| Provider | Service / purpose | Primary processing location | Customer Personal Data involved |
|---|---|---|---|
| DigitalOcean, LLC | Cloud hosting, compute, infrastructure, storage, backup, networking, and related platform services | United States | Customer Data stored or processed by the Bookazoid application, including Customer Personal Data |
| Brevo (Sendinblue SAS or applicable Brevo contracting entity) | Transactional email delivery and related delivery logging | European Union | Recipient email address and name where supplied, message content, delivery status and related email metadata |
Authentication providers
Bookazoid also offers optional Sign in with Google. Google is identified in our Privacy Policy as a third-party authentication provider. We do not list Google in the table above solely because a User chooses Google authentication: the sign-in relationship involves Google’s own identity service and privacy terms rather than Google hosting Bookazoid Customer Data as part of our core application infrastructure.
DigitalOcean’s own service providers
DigitalOcean may use its own subprocessors and infrastructure providers in connection with the services it provides to Bookazoid. DigitalOcean maintains its own current subprocessor list and data processing terms on its website.
For the purposes of the Bookazoid DPA, DigitalOcean remains Bookazoid’s direct Subprocessor. Its downstream providers are managed under DigitalOcean’s contractual subprocessor obligations.
Changes to this list
Bookazoid may add, replace, or remove Subprocessors as the Service evolves.
Where a new Subprocessor will process Customer Personal Data, Bookazoid will update this page and provide the notice required by the DPA. Unless a different period applies under an Order Form, Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within 30 days after notice of a new Subprocessor.
