What's a Room Type?

In PMS (Property Management System) apps, a Room Type defines a category of rooms or units with the same features, pricing, and capacity, e.g. "1-Bedroom Apartment" or "Standard Twin".

For hotels or other multi-unit properties, your plan limits the number of room types you can create across all properties, not the total physical rooms. For instance, you can add 5 Single rooms, 7 Double rooms, and 3 Suites (15 units in total), and you'll only use 3 room types – that fits in our Basic plan!

For single-unit properties («Whole Property Rentals») each apartment, villa, or similar property requires its own dedicated room type. For instance, with our Basic plan you can manage up to 3 distinct properties (since each counts as one room type).

Can I mix property types?

Absolutely! Any plan, any combo. For instance, our Plus plan allows up to 20 room types, so you can add:

• 20 apartments,
• or 8 villas + 2 hotels with 6 room types each (and unlimited rooms!),
• or 10 small hotels with only 2 room types each... And so on.

What about geography?

No limits whatsoever. Run your global rental business from day one. Operate a B&B in Oxford, rent out a Dubai apartment, manage an Alpine chalet – all possible with just the Basic plan!
